We received this steamer from our wedding registry. We love it! It steams very well and is easy and safe to use. The only concern is that after you're done using it, the remaining water in the device is nearly impossible to get out completely. We worried that over time this will cause mold to grow within the steamer while it is stored. The instructions do not give guidance on how to drain the device so that there is no left over water and there isn't an obvious way to drain it. I'm not sure if all steamers that have this design or one will have this flaw but it is worth checking.

I use it mainly to steam clothing, but even used it to clean my curtains and car upholstery.The size is very convenient, the only thing I do not like is that there is no way I can empty the reservoir, as advised in the manual.

I was really looking forward to using this steamer because of its power, but I guess with power comes bulkiness. Not huge, but was a lot bigger than I thought it would be. It wasn't just the size that was an issue but the black hose part was very stiff. I knew I would never have the patience to use it since it seemed so difficult to maneuver. I returned it before even trying it out, because I knew I wouldn't use it.
