I bought this about 4 months ago. It worked fabulously for about a month, and then it started to intermittently stop steaming except for a trickle of steam that does nothing. If I wiggle it or fiddle with the hose, I can get more steam to come out, but only for a minute, and often with drips of water going on the clothing. I am so disappointed because I truly enjoyed it when it was still working properly. I thought maybe it was clogged (even though I used distilled water in it), so I filled it with a vinegar/water solution to see if that would help, and it didn't do a thing to help. There is something amiss where the water goes into the steamer, as if the valve isn't consistently opening or something. My next plan is to empty it and try to see if I can see anything that might be clogging the valve. Otherwise, it's just a piece of junk and will go to the donation center here. Don't waste your time with this.
