This is my second Conair Steamer. The first gave the family several years of good service before needing replacement. However, I highly recommend spending the few extra dollars to purchase this more upgraded and modern model. You need to know that it takes learning a new technique but I haven't used or owned a conventional iron and ironing board in years!

This is great. Doesn't do a perfect job on some shirt materials, but helps significantly for those impossible shirts. The steam relaxes the fabric, then it takes a simple iron to fix. Works great on jeans and pants and general cotton based shirts. Just what I was looking for. I use it every day.

I can not express what a difference this steamer made for me! I've been wearing wrinkled clothes to work because I hate ironing that much. So when I had a little extra money I invested in a steamer. This one seemed like the best choice after reading all the reviews & I have to say I agree.My only gripe is that it do NOT have rear locking casters. Or at least mine didn't when it arrived, and it doesnt indicate anywhere on the box or instructions that it should. But I gave it 5 stars anyways because the product is everything it should be. If I didn't know it should have locking casters, I wouldn't have missed them.
